Top class item. Had a small part missing and customer service had the replacement delivered within 24hrs, you cannot beat this.

Nicely designed item. Some roughness in the porcelain casting and a chip in the rim of the cistern which, fortunately is covered by the lid. Wife thinks the seat to flimsy and 'cheap' feeling. Method of afixing the seat to the pedistal doesn't allow a seat to be changed for another type without complete removal of the toilet from the wall/floor. Caveat emptor I suppose.
