Small Size Delivery Non-fragile items below 15kg in weight (e.g., tap, waste fitting) FREE £1.99
Medium Size Delivery Orders over 15kg in weight or containing fragile items (e.g., toilet, shower trays) FREE £6.99*
Large Size Delivery Large orders over 30kg or containing fragile items (e.g., toilets, basins) FREE £9.99*
X-Large Size Delivery Extra-large orders over 40kg or containing fragile items (e.g., shower screens, enclosures) FREE £9.99*
*Next Day Delivery cost may vary based on weight, fragility, or delivery location. During checkout, you will be asked to choose either Free Standard Delivery (if applicable) or Express Delivery, and the prices will be shown accordingly.

Standard Delivery:

  • Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days for most orders.
  • For medium, large, and extra-large orders, your courier will contact you a day before delivery.
  • We recommend not booking or commencing any installation work until your goods have been delivered and checked. Late delivery can sometimes be out of our control.
  • We recommend that you ask your bathroom fitter or plumber to check your order and ensure all items are present before starting any work.

Express Delivery:

  • Express delivery takes 1 working day.
  • Your order needs to be placed before 2 pm for same-day dispatch.
  • For example, place an order on Friday before 2 pm for delivery the following Monday. If you place an order on Friday after 2 pm, your items will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Palletised Deliveries:

  • For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door.
  • If the delivery location is unreachable due to narrow streets, stairs, or any other obstruction, the delivery will be made as close to your property as possible.
  • Please note that the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property.
  • We recommend having at least 2 people available at your location to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.

Delivery Restrictions:

Medium, large, and extra-large orders are not available for delivery to the following areas:

  • AB (Aberdeen)
  • BT (Belfast)
  • DD (Dundee)
  • GY (Guernsey)
  • HS (Outer Hebrides)
  • IM (Isle of Man)
  • IV (Inverness)
  • JE (Jersey)
  • KW (Kirkwall)
  • PA (Paisley)
  • PH (Perth)
  • ZE (Lerwick)
  • Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41)
*Please note - Standard Delivery may still be available for smaller items.

Although we make every effort to deliver your order safely and on time, sometimes late delivery is out of our control.

  • We strongly recommend not booking or commencing any installation work until your goods have been delivered and checked.
  • We will not be liable to cover any costs incurred due to delivery issues.
