Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at: support@royalbathrooms.co.uk or use our Contact Form to let us know you would like to return or exchange your product(s).

Step 2: Return Authorisation

Our team will provide you with a return form and number, which must be included with your returned items.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and components are included.

Step 4: Return Shipping

Arrange for shipping with a recorded or tracked delivery service, or request a quote for our collection service.

Step 5: Processing Your Return

Upon receipt, we will inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5 working days.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened and unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are available for up to 365 days after receiving your order
  • Custom or made-to-order items are subject to a cancellation and restocking fee
  • Items must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories
  • Items installed or attempted for installation are not eligible for return or exchange unless the fault could only be discovered after fitting. 
  • Items fitted with any damage or faults evident before installation are deemed acceptable by the customer. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • Report any damages or faults within 3 days of receipt by emailing: support@royalbathrooms.co.uk or using our Contact Form 
  • We may request photos or videos of the damaged item(s) to determine the cause of the issue
  • We will arrange for a free return or exchange of damaged or faulty goods
  • Never dispose off goods without authorisation from Royal Bathrooms. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • Request a quote for our collection service, starting from £9.99 for non-fragile items up to 30kg and £39.99 for fragile items or items over 30kg (prices may vary)

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned items
  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible after receiving your returned items
