Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at: support@royalbathrooms.co.uk or use our Contact Form to let us know you would like to return or exchange your product(s).

Step 2: Return Authorisation

Our team will provide you with a return form and number, which must be included with your returned items.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and components are included.

Step 4: Return Shipping

Arrange for shipping with a recorded or tracked delivery service, or request a quote for our collection service.

Step 5: Processing Your Return

Upon receipt, we will inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5 working days.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened and unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are available for up to 365 days after receiving your order
  • Custom or made-to-order items are subject to a cancellation and restocking fee
  • Items must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories
  • Items installed or attempted for installation are not eligible for return or exchange unless the fault could only be discovered after fitting. 
  • Items fitted with any damage or faults evident before installation are deemed acceptable by the customer. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • Report any damages or faults within 3 days of receipt by emailing: support@royalbathrooms.co.uk or using our Contact Form 
  • We may request photos or videos of the damaged item(s) to determine the cause of the issue
  • We will arrange for a free return or exchange of damaged or faulty goods
  • Never dispose off goods without authorisation from Royal Bathrooms. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • Request a quote for our collection service, starting from £9.99 for non-fragile items up to 30kg and £39.99 for fragile items or items over 30kg (prices may vary)

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned items
  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible after receiving your returned items

What an amazing company, from the start was very skeptical since I've never heard or seen them before but needed bath, basin and toilet set for my utility room, I took the risk and ordered and to be honest they never let me down. Thank you for a pleasant and straightforward purchase. Unfortunately I had purchased a cheaper shower enclosure and tray from Plumbworld but they messed me about, didn't receive delivery and had to chase them over and over, after numerous promises they text updated me on 26th Nov. telling me they were expecting to dispatch my order on 19th Nov.??? That was the final straw so I requested a refund and luckily ordered from you at a fair price. After Plumbworld's messing and my time frame for swapping my Dad's bath to an enclosure before he left hospital I opted for your next day delivery, less then £10 and no complaints as it was so smooth with excellent communication, tracking and delivered on time undamaged which is impressive with glass cubicles. I honestly can not thank you enough and will recommend you, I'm a tradesman so hopefully that will be beneficial to you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you cured a nightmare headache that Plumbworld gave me. My only issue was I believe the enclosure instructions could be clearer but to be fair I do not fit them day in day out so could easily be just my lack of knowledge. Thanks again, it's fitted, but still some tidying and making good but my Dad's home and happy now he doesn't have to try and get in and out of a bath.

Bought toilet pan with soft close seat, once fitted the lid sounded like a creaking door in haunted house. Sent video of the issue and received replacement, silent, seat within 48 hours. Would recommend Royal Bathrooms to anyone, great customer service
