You don’t need to do anything. Once you purchase a product from us, your free product guarantee will be activated.

What Does My Product Guarantee Cover?
Your product guarantee covers any manufacturing, material or functional defects that may occur with your product, providing it has been used for normal domestic applications.
What Your Product Guarantee Doesn't Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Perishable, Consumable or Serviceable parts
- Accidental or deliberate damage
- Inappropriate use of your product (e.g. using inappropriate cleaning agents, not following recommended installation instructions etc.)
Standard Product Guarantee
We offer a standard product guarantee for many of our products, which is valid from the day your product is delivered to you.
The length of the guarantee period may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the individual product pages for details on the standard guarantee period for each product.
How Long Does My Product Guarantee Last?
Once you receive your product, the guarantee becomes active and remains valid for the specified duration. For example, a 10-year extended guarantee for a product delivered on Friday 3rd March 2023, will expire at midnight on Saturday 4th March 2033.

Our liability under this guarantee excludes consequential loss direct or indirect, including but not limited to wasted time, materials, and expenditure or loss of use, profit, production, revenue, expected savings, or goodwill. However, this guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
