Product turned up on time as given by customer service.
Cannot for the product other than little bit of difficulties when fitting for some reason it kept leaking on inspection. It wasn’t quite flat. Top of toilet system had to use a little bit more plumbers mate than I would normally want to but overall very good. Only complaint toilet flush button is broken so I had to go and get a new one but overall I would recommend the service and recommend the toilets I would like to say what I got but can’t remember now to my customers property it was back to Wall again, I’m gonna say it was very good

Toilet arrived a bit later due to traffic, driver was very apologetic, I haven’t unpacked it yet as too heavy, but looking inside the box it looks like a solid price of kit, will be looking for other items to overhaul my house. Very fast delivery - good communication-great. Will send another review when bathroom finished

I am not happy with the seat, the seat lip cannot stand level with the pan, and be told that this is its design, I cannot see this description in their website on this, and the lip keep dropping down and touch the back of user, I don’t think it’s a good design, also the seat did not fully cover the toilet. I don’t recommend it.
